      Good people being let down by their executive leadership

      Cons

      Senior management has changed over in the last five years. The culture is changing quickly. The commitment to their people has been replaced for another $1 in stock price. Real profile in courage when it came to protecting their diversity. Real shock that most of the middle management being let go or leaving are women and people of color.

      Good benefits, free lunch if you work in person.

      Cons

      This is probably the most toxic workplace I've ever been at. Specifically within the inside sales team. GPC is a great company, but this team was awful specifically due to the supervisor and the commission structure not being linked to individual performance.
