      Pros

      Great people to work with, free lunch and snacks, managers are very flexible and accommodating. GPC may not be as well known as some of the other Atlanta employers, but is an equally if not better place to work!

      Cons

      GPC runs very lean - teams are very small and support a lot, but the upside is there is a lot of opportunity to make an impact and less hierarchy and layers to work through.

      Pros

      I’ve been with Genuine Parts Company (GPC) for four years now, and it’s been a really great experience. I especially appreciate the freedom I have to do my job my way—it’s helped me grow my skills and made the work enjoyable. Working with my colleagues is something I really enjoy because the team is positive and collaborative. GPC also offers great opportunities to learn and grow, which has really helped me develop professionally. On top of that, the company supports giving back to the community, which is really important to me. All in all, GPC is a solid place to build a career, and I’m excited to keep growing and contributing here.

      Cons

      GPC or any other company is not perfect but its still the best company that I have worked for in the past 25 years of my career.
