As you know, construction work in our industry does typically involve busy and slow seasons that change throughout the year and are affected by adverse weather, which is why work weeks may change to try work around these conditions as much as possible. Thank you for your feedback around our training programs--as you note, providing access to excellent training and clear paths for career advancement and advanced certifications is very important to us, and we encourage all of our employees to take advantage of them.
