Establishing a great company culture is an active and ongoing effort, and we want to keep the conversation open and invite employees into that process. Over the years, we've taken proactive steps to continually improve culture, such as conducting the employee satisfaction surveys, to ensure that we are always meeting the needs and expectations of our workforce. We are actively exploring initiatives based on these surveys to make our employees' experience not only professionally fulfilling, but also enjoyable.
