Pros

Manny opportunities to pick up hours, and not only do they pay for your certifications, you can get a raise from receiving them. Lots of opportunity to grow as well.

Cons

A lot of driving between sites, and you may receive your schedule as day-by-day, but once you get to know a site well, chances are you will be assigned to that site for a few weeks at a time.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding your time at GTA. One of our core goals is to increase compensation at all levels, which includes offering performance-based bonuses and incentives for employees who pursue additional training or certifications. We’re glad to hear that you appreciate these opportunities. While driving between sites can be a unique aspect of the role, it also provides the chance to build expertise across different projects and locations. Once you're familiar with a site, you may be assigned there for several weeks, offering a more consistent routine and the opportunity to focus on the site’s specific needs.
