Pros

co-workers are great, the group gets along well. I've been able to work on some pretty interesting projects. They don't micro-manage but have an "open door" policy if you need help. Saw other reviews, but my salary is much better than my previous position. Cant complain.

Cons

It is very busy! They have a lot of work coming in door and need more people to keep up. Told workload will get lighter when they are fully staffed.
