Pros

They pay for gas and have some fun company events every once in a while. You can do errands sometimes in between sites and they don’t mind.

Cons

Work is client and weather based which is fine, but if work is low, they tell you to use your PTO if you’re unable to make 40 hours within the week. Lots of false promises, not a lot of room for advancement, lacks serious training, and I can guarantee you, you can find a company within the same field that will offer you more compensation.

Though we do offer the option for employees to use their accumulated paid time off during light periods to avoid reduced hours in a week, it is never a requirement. Compensation is an important aspect and while we make sure to offer competitive compensation packages, we also understand that there may be variations in the market.
