Across the company, our hiring efforts are intentionally designed to welcome professionals at every stage of their careers, from recent graduates to seasoned experts with decades of experience. While your immediate department may currently reflect a narrower age range, we’re proud of the multigenerational diversity we see across GTA as a whole. As for the social aspect, we offer monthly team-building activities, volunteer opportunities, and cross-department events to help teammates get to know each other beyond the day-to-day.
