Pros
With a wide breadth of knowledgeable and experienced group of geotechnical engineers to work and draw from, along with a great support staff they provided good engineering services to many clients of different sizes.
Cons
Career development opportunities were limited and the number of technical staff was diminished due to economic reasons. Communication between management and lower levels at times was non existant.
