Pros

It's a really enjoyable job to have its really easy especially if you have a great boss they're all great

Cons

Maybe some drama here and there but I love it either way of course there's the casual lay off but trust me if your really good at what u do you'll be fine

Pros

Flexible Work hours, no pressure, good colleagues, great potential to grow.

Cons

Never ending establishment of standards and procedures, always only a temporary solution, serious lack of planning, no performance evaluation and no increments in salary.

Pros

OK place to work especially if you can work independently without a lot of oversight. Economic forces in the seismic industry (all the O&G industry) are really against them right now. Folks on the manufacturing floor don't seem to be too satisfied.

Cons

Ruled by engineers. Senior management packed by engineers and that has its good and bad aspects. Tend to over react when times get tough.
