Everyone has been there so long it is like working with family. They are flexible in allowing you to take care of your family. Allowing you to work from home if a child is sick etc.

Pros

Very flexible with hours. No micromanagement. You can find your interest and run with it.

Cons

There really isn't a way to move up in title within Engineering. For the most part everyone has the same title. It is just known who has the most experience. This can be good and bad.
