Pros

The company does not "pretend" to care about its employees. They only hire the best and people with a team-spirit. If you don't fit the m.o. of being a team-player, don't apply. They cull those people who are perpetually unhappy, complainers, and those who do not treat others with dignity and respect.

Cons

They only give raises when the company is doing well - and that might be every 5 years.

Everyone has been there so long it is like working with family. They are flexible in allowing you to take care of your family. Allowing you to work from home if a child is sick etc.
