Pros
Some good people Sick day/vacation day policy- which to be honest is standard like all companies.
Cons
-Old disgusting building -Micromanagement Company has no future. When I first entered the company , it was struggling. Now it has gotten to a point it has to lay off its employees. Purchasing team was ok. In my opinion, the manager was quite disconnected with the whole purchasing team except for 2 leads( who were also kept to themselves like her). The day I got laid off, manager had no emotions. No tip , no advice whatsoever. I also asked for a reference letter, still havent gotten it till this day. Trust me there are better companies out there. My suggestion is-- "DONT APPLY!"
