Pros

Overall, people got along well and worked together. Kind of a family environment, even for a company as big as they were. Benefits were good.

Cons

As business continued to go down, some people became petty, short tempered, and mean. You had to watch your back all the time.

A good place to work overall. Did not go into debt during the "good times" as many other oil related companies did and are now paying for it.

Cons

Were slow to predict and accept the downturn in oil prices.
