      Top down structure, a lot of politics with the management changes

      Convenient place, easy for transportation. Nice office. Some people are nice to talk to.

      Top down structure with limited freedom to come up with ideas. With the management changes, there's a lot of politics and turnover. Expect yourself to do a lot of work for the year and receive a bad review by year end due to trivial reasons. Unsupportive and isolated environment slows down work and cause less productivity.
