All developers on call 24/7 Management measures the amount of overtime, as a review metric No comp time for periods of over-work for developers and business analysts. Any level of management calls developers and business analysts directly.

Please note, the system has to be available 24/7 and the only time that developers are on call is if any of the systems go down to ensure that it is always available for users to apply for jobs or collect unemployment benefits.
