4yWe don’t want anyone to feel this way. Often there are things in place that the employee is unaware of and while we try to make sure it is communicated, the message does not always get to out. In an effort to ensure that everyone feels supported, we encourage you to reach out to your department head or to HR and let us know, so that if it has not been addressed, we can do so.
