      Pros

      Salary is seems to be little better than average

      Cons

      The owner doesn’t answer to a board so it’s a free for all here. Rules are made up as they go. HR mgr has already quit within 8 months of starting. Turnover is high. No training and you have to figure out the business as you go. You accrue telework days which is hilarious considering this is a ‘IT’ company. Only one day a month! Small company and no room for advancement.

      Fair amount of autonomy but they can get micro-managery fast if the numbers aren't being met Product is for a good purpose While extra hours are expected, there is little refusal when you need time off

      Cons

      Heavy focus on metrics Fair amount of favoratism Not enough teleworking considering we really don't need to be face to face to get our jobs done Not a lot of upward movement
