People and work environment were great.

I am in awe of this company. Not only do they produce necessary, practical, convenient, and user-friendly products, but there is a work atmosphere that is very engaging and inviting. I have only been here for two months, but in that time I have been made to feel more included, valued, cared-for, and important than I had in the 20 years I had spent at my previous job. Everyone was so welcoming that I felt like part of the team from day one. That is, in no small part, due to the leadership. As a former supervisor myself, I’d always found that a happy employee is a productive employee; you don’t make people work for you, rather, you make them want to work for you. This company has done just that and made this an environment that is comfortable and conducive to productivity. The work is challenging, but exciting and rewarding. It is so refreshing to work someplace like this; a truly wonderful place to be! I absolutely love working here and actually look forward to coming in each morning.
