Thank you for your feedback. It is understandable that the work can be overwhelming and fast-paced because of the industry we work in. We constantly have active proposals that can win bids at any time, putting a new project on our hands instantly on top of the current deliverables to be met. We do provide resources and trainings to employees who may need additional support to combat these challenges. We also recognize the importance of fair compensation and are continually evaluating our pay structure to ensure it aligns with the demands of the job. The support they give you from day 1 is incomparable! I have never had so much attention to welcoming me to a new company. The people are wonderful, welcoming and very helpful.

Cons

For someone that has become very used to working from home the one day a week required working at the office from a certain distance (I believe it is up to 50 or 75 miles away) is tough. My dog is very used to me being home with him. It is an adjustment.
