Pros

There is opportunity for growth and advancement. GRI is a very family oriented company that cares about the work / life balance of their employees. They encourage continuing education and will even help fund it. The company offers a very good benefit package for full time employees (especially to be a small < 50 employee company).

Cons

There are not any cons but the 2 areas that the company continues to work on is communication and training. These areas are improving daily.

Pros

Being forced to train yourself teaches you to learn things on your own. Several of the staff are very good.

Cons

They don't have your back, and don't do any training, so you can't help making mistakes, but make one mistake and they threaten to fire you. They play favorites so if a favorite makes a mistake you could get in trouble for it not them. Management has pissed off so many people if you are looking for a new job it's a big negative on your resume.
