Pros

The whole GF business is in general well run, from Switzerland to the Americas great products and good people. The Americas manager is great and taking the company in the right direction. The European, Asian, and Americas all cooperate. Over all a Great Global Company.

Cons

The broken spoke in the Georg Fischer wheel is their Signet Division in El Monte, California. The management team has an inward focus, is insular and has a not invented here attitude. It is a division that is reluctant to deal with customer issues. The Sales team is treated like adversary's not partners.

lack of transparency lack of career progression, growth or investment into existing personal hiring unqualified personal with better pay than qualified existing (friends of friends) finding excuses around budgets but they can find budgets when hiring friends only 1-2% annual increase in pay
