      Pros

      Great staff, variety of disciplines. Technology used for production is current. Flexible with balancing personal and work life - just be ethical about it.

      Cons

      Health insurance costs are way too much for me to cover my family. I get the coverage for myself because that is affordable. No cost of living raises. PTO instead of vacation.
