The people are often incredibly kind and nice! Most of the teaching staff and administration staff really seem bent on helping student matriculate well.

Cons

A lot of what happens on the job is political. Staff isn't always treated as essential and sometimes there's a lack of communication regarding immediate changes in the workplace.
