      Pros

      -absolutely amazing team to work with -amazing flexibility (spouse works away, so having flexibility helps my family tremendously with the unexpected) -ability to telework -they truly try to take care of the employees as much as possible -I was given an offer above the pay range because I had system experience and years of experience from another organization. Feels like a rarity, especially for part time, but was amazed to see they want part timers for the long run if they can as well. -patriot perks are a plus to use around town -depending on employee type you can take classes without declaring a major for a very very low cost if any. -great community

      Cons

      - George Mason isn’t some big SEC/ACC school. The resources will be more limited than working at a big place. However, the people do amazing work with what they have. Just something to know if you’re one of those types that demands the best no matter what. Just a bit of patience and they’ll get you what you need though. However, this could be different higher up. I’m understandably at the low end of priority. - state policy has an exact hour limit for part time workers for the whole year. Not something GM can change but good to know.
