Pros

Learn a lot of new programs that you can use in later jobs.

Cons

Everything else. Information is not confidential, don't ever trust HR. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was treated so terribly, that I wasn't offered an exit interview because they knew I would expose their employees by name. Employees are unfair, cliquey, cutthroat, prejudiced and racist. They protect their employees with longer tenure (please search Frank Buckley) and ignore the voices of minority staff. This university should be shut down.
