      Pros

      Great people to work with, and a relaxed work environment. For a full-time student this opportunity works well with night classes and is helpful to add to student loan financial support.

      Cons

      Occasional work environment disruption, lack of direction from superiors. Graduate assistantship is only part-time so not a lot of financial stability

      They allow for a flexible schedule and it is easy to find a good balance for working and studying at the same time.

      Cons

      Sometimes it has hard to find a sub if you could not make it into work at the last minute, but for the most part it was ok if you let them know in advance.
