great community, fun work, all your ideas will be heard. managers will do the best they can to prepare you for the real world--they will really do anything they can to help out.

Cons

lack of organization. a lot of times you don't know what you're supposed to do for a project until youre trying to do it.

Pros

Great tuition benefits, you basically attend school for free with the only expense been your books and supplies. They also host many activities, workshops and seminars for professional development.

Cons

Salaries are low, employee pay and high portion of the insurance and have to pay for parking
