Poorly managed facilities operations. People are often hired based on favoritism, Friends of upper management are hired and bumped up to supervisory/manager positions over existing employees with longer tenure and much better qualifications. This has occurred repeatedly over a 10 year period. Very little technical training for trades positions and you have to beg to receive any kind of professional training.
