Pros
Many dedicated faculty and administrtors who try to support students to the best of their ability. Students are very respectful and responsible.
Cons
As a Faculty Academic Advisor, I constantly hear complaints from student-athletes regarding the poor service they are provided. Staff do not return phone calls or show-up for meetings. They are placed in the wrong classes and blamed for the mistakes staff make. Students tell me they have been told to find their own tutors and have to wait 5+ weeks for an appointment with disability services.
