I am currently working at GPJ India for the second time, and I have noticed significant changes since my last stint here. It has been almost 7 months, and I can confidently say that it is a fantastic place to work. The work environment is highly collaborative and inclusive, making it easy to foster strong interpersonal relationships. Despite the challenging nature of the projects we take on, I find them incredibly interesting and engaging. Overall, my experience at GPJ India has been very positive, and I look forward to continuing to work here

I've been working at George P Johnson for the past two years and overall, I've had a positive experience. I appreciate the management’s commitment towards employee development and walking the talk. The company is well-managed, with a strong leadership team that focuses on the team’s progress, and engagement. My manager is supportive, kind, approachable and open to feedback. GPJ offers regular workshops, training sessions and employee wellness programs which provide opportunities for growth within the company as well as in personal life. The HR Open Door Policy enables us to share our views and concerns which is reciprocated well and addressed. I must say that this company is very invested in the well-being of its employees. Work-life balance here is good in-spite of us being in an event industry. GPJ is the best place to grow professionally and personally. Co-workers are friendly and there is a real sense of collaboration here that makes coming to work a joy. The company's Management, HR & leadership team places a high value on empathy, compassion, and inclusivity, making it a truly humane place to work. Overall, I would recommend GPJ as THE PLACE TO WORK!!
