A nice located company in Shanghai. Nicely decorated office. People are friendly and senior management seems to be supportive and nice.

Cons

There might be some cultural barrier, but that was just for me, the Chinese locals and the foreign employees do not blend it together. Although I speak Chinese, not super fluently, it was still a bit of struggle to adjust to the working style.
