      -A lot of great, creative, and talented individuals to learn from and work with -Depending on programs you're working on, there's a lot of flexibility in taking time off or WFH if needed -(Pre-COVID) Lots of travel, if you're into that -Working with a wide range of high profile clients, which can give you a lot of exposure and work experience

      Cons

      -Salary is not competitive at all or livable, especially in San Francisco -Quick burnout -Lack of DE&I efforts and representation, especially at the leadership level -Lack of career growth and promotion opportunities unless you pry and plead for it

      - good client logos - office in downtown SF

      Cons

      - no room for growth - GPJ does not like to implement new processes -archaic systems in place -favor senior employees who do not work effectively - absolutely no work/life balance especially during busy season (it is the norm to work 15 hour days - no support is provided)
