Pros
- For the most part, the team is full of talented, hard workers. - The first level management truly cares about the well-being of their teams. - Unlimited/Flex Time off - but hard to take more than one week off at a time (and even that can be difficult). - Travel (pre covid but coming back soon) - 2019/2020 brought about new diversity initiatives (ERGs) but it still it not shown in the teams and leadership.
Cons
- Pay is not competitive. - The work load, stress, and work/life balance is not equal to the pay received. - There seems to be a big disconnect between leadership and the lower level teams who deal with the clients day in/day out. - Promotions/Raises were frozen during the pandemic but yet many executive leadership received promotions/title changes. - Travel about 40% of the time - can be difficult with other projects on scope and still having to balance on-site and other client calls/projects. - Calls will take over your life. You spend a majority of your day on client and internal calls and then have little time to actually complete your work.
