Mostly stable clients, major brands Strong creative product High quality events and experiences Mostly strong staff, good people and camraderie Major client teams are fairly stable and well integrated ESOP is real and well funded retirement benefit

Cons

Multi office network provides inconsistent support on a project basis Senior management is very secretive about plans and strategies, few 'in the know' Been taking on more project work, hoping to scale, but aren't Work on 'smaller' clients is challenging, with limited support or exposure Essentially no real annual bonus payouts, don't be fooled by 'targets'

Excellent learning experience, Benefits are great, medical, dental, vision, 401k decent match, ESOP.

Cons

Executive leadership is impulsive, feels like it's run like a boys club. Regular company purchases to drive sales but no margin on those sales for years, ESOP has suffered from those decisions.
