Pros

Get to work with new people and learn how chicken business works.

Cons

Raises are $0.25 a year and management is sub par. Good luck moving up. Not to mention there has been multiple times I did the work of several people because our supervisors sent people home to increase their quarterly bonus.

Great opportunity for adapting great communication with a very diverse community.

Cons

You will never get more than a 3% raise each year (if they decide you get one at all). All management positions have turned over more than 3 times since I have been employed.
