Pros
The hourly team members are some of the most hard working and interesting people I have ever worked with. The plant management team is great to work with as well.
Cons
HR Management - they tell you that the focus is on the retention of team members and then undercut any effort to do it so that they can justify the existence of an overstaffed recruitment team that works in the same building as them.
