Great people and the salary for production supervisor is okay. With so much going on in the plant time seems to go by fast.

Cons

Long long hours and weekends (60 hour average). Only one 30 minute break unpaid. They are always hiring workers because of high turnover.

Very manageable work load. Small company so you are able to focus efforts to improve areas. Life to work balance is very good.

Cons

Promotions are difficult due to company size. Sometimes data is not available to help in your efforts to improve areas. Benefits package is average.
