Leads tend to play favor in department 3537 and hard to understand one doesn't speak English nothing wrong with it just can't understand what needs to be done or explain a problem because of poor communication which leads to people getting hurt or a misunderstanding which leads thé team worker getting fired even though I was a lead at a different local indo have a Sense of what to do but I get treated worse off with experience compared to the ones the lead favor and the leads in my department are normally not area if they are they rather gossip then work and extremely poor lock out tag on they're behalf

management can be hard to deal with
