The bureaucracy of such a large organization can be hard to deal with - filing paperwork, setting up direct deposits, getting tax information, etc.

Repetitive schedule - same tasks are completed on the same cycle throughout the year Minimal promotion potential - no where to advance to without switching departments Low pay - minimal merit increases annually as well Outdated administration procedures Inefficient resolution of problems (large and small)
