      The georgetown univeristy provides a good reputation as an employee. working environment is quite good. The place where the university is located is safe and easy to access main culture of washington dc.

      Cons

      the georgetown university pays low salary than expected. Since it is the institution, they need to get a fund from other institution that is running by government.

      The cons of working at Georgetown University are probably same for all university in DC area: lower salaries comparing to industry, not too much opportunities of growing since the senior positions are already filled and peoples prefer to retire from here.
