      Leaving at the end of the day

      Cons

      Owners think they are geniuses in running a business, but fail to support staff and employees. Only care about making money even though this is a therapy clinic for children. They make promises and then pretend they didn’t say anything when follow ups occur. Steer clear.

      Ethical violations, no real concern for clients. Owners are only about the money. Terrible leadership from all levels. False promises instead of wage increases. Owners asked leadership to give fake 5 star reviews on job websites. Students forced to sign contracts by owners and do not receive any supervision as ethically required. BCBA students taken advantage of by overloading their clinical caseload, which is inappropriate for a student.
