Growing company but not micromanaged. Mostly remote.

Cons

New company in a very competitive market so no established territory. Bonus structure is hard to get in a new territory. Took a year to get a company car

Pros

Flexibility of job is great, you can pretty much have your own hours, by how you and patients schedule your visits, of course you have to be available 8 to 5.

Cons

Since company change, no raises, still waiting, mileage is less then old company, so pay is less, some weeks it’s hard to get hours, According to patient load.
