The principles of MBM are great, but not well applied.

Cons

No work/life balance. No established systems. Company has been going through a cultural change since it was acquired by KOCH and has not been able to maintain any form of consistency in messaging or expectations of employees. Rapid change over of management positions, further perpetuating the lack on consistency.
