Pros

There's a paycheck at the end of every two week stretch you survive. There are good people to share the misery with. MBM is a good looking veneer

Cons

Upper management appears to be paralyzed by either fear or lack of "decision rights". Leadership style has become manage by threat since Koch took over. It's sad to watch. Bonus structure is an arbitrary pipe dream.
