Pros

Reflective of Koch Industries culture and MBM® culture which offers concrete opportunity to display what value you can add to the business with a sound challenge process. Culture and values are really top class. I also have appreciated very much the sense of integrity and compliance in all aspects.

Cons

Downside is that you may end up in a business that is later sold due to lack of competitive advantage, hence it may be difficult to stay in the group as it happened to me.

Pros

Georgia Pacific is a well established company and would look great on a resume. The company is filled with ethical, hardworking employees that work well together and do their utmost to achieve all of the goals and expectations placed upon them.

Cons

It is as if employees are set up for failure. They are over-loaded with tasks, assignments and job duties. While they do not have any chance of attaining all of the expectations placed upon them, they go above and beyond to attempt to complete them all in a conscientious and diligent manner. For their hardwork and outstanding efforts, they are rewarded with disappointment for not achieving all of the unattainable list of expectations, little or no pay increases, additional duties, etc.
