Pros

Decent pay and benefits although they have been cutting both significantly in recent years and, or replacing senior more experienced people with lesser experienced employees to save money.

Cons

High Employee Turnover due to lack of opportunity and company. GP (Koch Brothers) are only out for themselves and do not follow their own company guiding principles.

Pros

They provide the tools to do your job; product training, selling skills and market trends. You are home base if you are in sells.

Cons

They just eliminated some job in the Foodservice side of Georgia Pacific in the sales field.
