Pros

Excellent retirement benefits Friendly, team oriented co-workers Great location with on-site day care, gym and dry cleaning Results based company

Cons

Very little career pathing, so employees have to proactively seek new opportunities within GP. GP is not known for their loyalty as they would rather bring in someone new at market value than true-up a current employee's salary to market value. Raises are the exception than the norm.

Pros

There is a strong consistent management philosophy that is both practical and logical The workplace is generally respectful The environment encourages entrepreneurial activities

Cons

There are not as many opportunities for career development as I would have thought a company of this size would have.
