      Pros

      Good PTO, good bonus, good insurance subsidies, active employee culture, range of "extracurricular" groups and organizations, friendly environment, laid-back corporate environment, family values, conservative business plans, getting better with diversity

      Cons

      Not much transparency with salary negotiations, employee and management "mold", slow to change/update, hard to move around to different departments.

      Benefits and steady pay. The company has earned a great reputation by doing business the right way. Your peers are generally good people.

      Cons

      If you don't have a sponsor in the company you won't get far. Tough interviews. Most times management has decided who to hire before the interview.
