Pros
Safety is their number one priority and they walk the walk and talk the talk when it comes to safety. The company environment is very welcoming and the people that work with you are always willing to help. You're taught to go the extra mile for others when they need it and they do the same for you. Work/life balance is great and management is very good about accommodating you (within reason) if you have any personal life issues come up.
Cons
Opportunities to grow within the company are very slim and will only come along if you know the right people. The company is slow to adopt new technologies in the workplace (communication and organization). The pay is not competitive in comparison to other companies that require an Engineering Degree. Many of the people that work here are older and tend to slack off when they get the opportunity.
